Marco Antonio Gouvêa earned his degree in Electrical Engineering from the College of Engineering of São Carlos - University of São Paulo (USP). He completed his graduate extension course in Business Administration at FGV - Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and is currently studying toward his Master Degree in Total Quality Management at the State University of Campinas - UNICAMP. He is a Master Practitioner in Neurolinguistics Programming from NLP Comprehensive- Bolder - Colorado, with application in Business and Organizations by NLP University - UCLA Sta. Cruz, having large experience in its use as an education and management instrument.

Since 1993, he has been acting as a consultant for companies of different segments initially focused in creating a new culture within total quality movements and, subsequently, to expand the entrepreneurial vision when business plans are prepared to raise funds.

He is UNIEMP's consultant for Total Quality.
