Public Management Nucleus

The Public Management Nucleus is an arm of Uniemp in its partnerships with governmental entities. It promotes human resources education and training to form managers by creating courses and then structuring, conducting and analyzing them. Furthermore, it evaluates and supervises programs implemented by the government.

The Nucleus also develops studies and provides consulting on public policies to local, state and federal government entities.

SERVICES PROVIDED:

With the objective of contributing to a high level of performance in public organizations, the Nucleus offers four forms of support to management:
     Development of management programs;
     Supervision of the implementation of public programs;
     Evaluation of public programs;
     Project and public program operationalization.

In public management training programs, the goal is to achieve quality in teaching, focusing on excellence of results. Well-educated employees are one of the services that the state provides to citizens and which guarantee their growth.
