     To organize courses, lectures and training in patent rights, in addition to training industrial patent agents for each technological sector;
     To be in charge of commercial management together with partners in financial planning and implementing of commercial production in Brazil and abroad;
     To develop competitive strategies for potential innovations;
     To influence the policy to encourage innovation.

    Agif provides guidelines and registers patents requested by an industry, laboratory or researcher. Interested parties should forward their requests to Uniemp. A technical committee will evaluate and verify the relevance of the proposal, in addition to researching the patent banks, seeking partners, proposing strategies and producing the document in final form.
